* Partner directly with senior leaders and blue-chip clients — real exposure, real impact
* Lead and mentor a graduate surveyor as part of your growth route
* Work on varied, UK-wide instructions — never same-old, never siloed

* Confident, client-facing communicator with commercial awareness
* Full UK driving licence + willingness to travel to sites
Nice-to-haves

* Experience across commercial, logistics or mixed-use projects
* A passion for mentoring and developing early-career talent
What’s in it for you?
* £60,000–£75,000+ DOE (open above for exceptional talent)
* Car allowance
* 27 days holiday + bank holidays
* 5% matched pension
* Private medical (extendable to dependents)
* Life assurance x4
* Cycle to Work scheme
* Hybrid working + genuine flexibility
* Structured progression to Associate Director
Why this role will excite you
* You’ll step into a role where trust, autonomy and support come as standard
* You’ll work with engaged leaders who actually invest in your ambitions
* You’ll shape projects for industry-leading clients across multiple sectors
* You’ll be part of a culture built on collaboration, not competition
* You’ll feel seen, valued and empowered to progress at pace
This is not just another surveying role — it’s a platform to build your legacy in a consultancy that backs you, listens to you, and positions you to succeed.
