We are seeking an experienced and driven BREEAM assessor to join our expanding Environmental & Sustainability Services team.

Your typical day will involve:
- Managing and delivering sustainability assessments for a variety of projects.
- Preparing detailed reports and documentation to support certifications and client requirements.
- Engaging with clients and project teams to provide expert sustainability advice.
- Conducting site visits and evaluations to ensure compliance with sustainability standards.
- Collaborating with colleagues in a hybrid working environment to achieve project goals.
As a Sustainability Consultant, you will:
- Deliver BREEAM assessments, as well as CEEQUAL, HQM, WELL, and Fitwel assessments and certifications.
- Conduct sustainability analysis and reporting, including Net Zero advice, Carbon Life Cycle assessments, and Pre & Post Occupancy evaluations.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on sustainability strategies and environmental performance.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate sustainability principles into building designs and developments.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in sustainability and environmental assessment.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A BSc degree in a relevant environmental or sustainability-focused subject.
- Relevant BREEAM qualifications and memberships with professional bodies and societies.
- Proven experience in environmental assessment methods, including BREEAM, WELL, CEEQUAL, LEED, and HQM.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A full UK driving license.
