What you'll be doing

• Embedding sustainability into sourcing strategies, supplier evaluations and contract negotiations.
• Leading sustainability assessments (including annual EcoVadis campaigns) and turning insights into action.
• Developing clear, practical sustainability documentation—policies, training materials, RFP tools and more.
• Partnering with suppliers to improve their environmental and social performance through targeted initiatives.
• Analysing sustainability data and creating powerful reports that drive decision-making.
• Staying plugged into industry forums to keep ahead of emerging trends and best practice.

What you’ll bring

• Experience in sustainability within procurement, supply chain, consulting or professional services.
• Strong knowledge of key sustainability frameworks and evolving regulations (e.g., ISO 20400, CSRD, CSDDD).
• Confident working with data and tools such as PowerBI, Excel and PowerPoint.
• A proactive, curious mindset—comfortable taking the lead and driving clarity from ambiguity.
• Experience guiding or developing junior colleagues.
• Familiarity with sustainability risk solutions (EcoVadis, Moody’s, D&B) is a plus.
