Up to £70,000 DOE | Flexible Working | No OOH

The Opportunity
This is a fantastic chance for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a friendly, forward-thinking practice where your ideas are valued and your development is genuinely supported.
You'll enjoy a varied caseload with the freedom to work cases up properly, supported by a collaborative team that shares knowledge and works together to deliver the best outcomes for patients.
You'll:
Deliver high-quality clinical care in both consultations and surgery
Work collaboratively with an experienced and supportive team
Contribute ideas to improve clinical standards and ways of working
Build strong relationships with clients and their pets
Develop your own clinical interests, with full support available
You'll be confident with routine medical and surgical cases and comfortable with occasional sole charge, with support always on hand when needed.
The Role
Full-time, 40 hours per week
Typically 4 x 10-hour days (9am-7pm)
1 in 3 Saturdays (9am-6pm, with paid 1-hour lunch)
No out-of-hours

The Team
You'll be joining a close-knit, welcoming team who genuinely enjoy working together:
3 Veterinary Surgeons (including a new graduate)
2 Registered Veterinary Nurses
6 Receptionists (first aid & mental health first aid trained)
1 Practice Manager

In-house laboratory
Digital x-ray
Dental x-ray
