Desborough, Northamptonshire Full-time, Permanent Position Installation Manager – Installation Manager opportunity within a specialist engineering environment delivering complex site-based projects. This Installation Manager role will suit someone confident coordinating multiple stakeholders and taking ownership of installations from pre-planning through to completion. The Installation Manager will work closely with project teams to ensure each Installation Manager led project is delivered safely, efficiently, and in the correct sequence. About the Company

You will be trusted to take responsibility for site activity while working alongside experienced project managers and engineers. About the Role
The Installation Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing site installation activity across multiple projects. Key responsibilities include: * Pre-planning installation works with project managers and engineers * Developing installation sequences and site delivery plans * Cost planning and supporting project cost control * Coordinating lifting operations and specialist contractors * Managing CDM requirements and contractor selection * Scheduling materials, equipment, and installation phases * Overseeing site logistics and sequencing of deliveries * Ensuring installations are delivered safely and in line with programme * Regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues * Liaising with internal engineering teams and external suppliers * Supporting commissioning and handover activities Projects typically range from a few weeks to over a year, covering complex mechanical and systems-based installations across multiple customer sites.
