Interim Resource Manager - £470pd

Contract Length: 12 months

Location: Bracknell - 2 days per week onsite

Pay Rate: Up to £63.55 per hour (Umbrella, Inside IR35)

Client: Major, Public Sector organisation

We're seeking an experienced Resource Manager to join a major UK programme, supporting workforce planning and resource allocation across a complex project environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in resource management and recruitment/workforce planning, who enjoys working in fast-paced delivery teams and enabling projects to succeed through effective people deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day resource allocation across projects and programmes
• Support tactical workforce planning and organisational change activities
• Identify opportunities to optimise resource utilisation and capability
• Work closely with stakeholders to coordinate movement of personnel across teams
• Maintain visibility of resource demand, capacity and constraints
• Contribute to project delivery within a P3M environment
  

Experience:

• Proven experience in Resource Management
• Background in recruitment management, workforce planning or resource coordination
• Experience supporting project or programme delivery environments
• Awareness and understanding of P3M (Project, Programme and Portfolio Management)
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to work within complex, highly regulated environments
• Preferable - Membership of the Association for Project Management (APM) or working towards accreditation

Note: Due to the sensitivity of this role, candidates will be required to hold, or able to gain and maintain, SC Clearance.
