This role leads strategy, prioritisation and planning for the UK across our pillars of packaging, ingredients and local carbon reduction. It partners across categories and functions to deliver ambitions that meet the local customer, consumer and regulatory landscape. **The Role:** In short, this is an amazing opportunity to lead, shape and grow the future of our UK sustainability agenda, taking it to the next level in 2026 & beyond.? This is a rare role where people, planet and business truly overlap. You will set the future direction, including vision and strategic direction across the whole UK business. This role takes the global pillars of sustainability, and translates for local adoption, accelerating critical pillars such as packaging and ingredients. You will partner with Brand and Customer teams to identify and unlock growth opportunities. You will ensure we're sufficient to meet our packaging ambitions, reducing virgin plastic and driving for circularity. You will partner with our Regional Sustainability and Corporate Affairs to ensure we're ready for regulation. You will lead the UK&I green army, including our cross-functional Sustainability Working Group and employee-led org GreenBite. Not only will you lead the agenda, but you'll play a key role in driving pride across the org by speaking both internally, and potentially externally, about our achievements. **Key Responsibilities:** + Drive the strategic directionto accelerate implementationin alignment with our 2030commitments and ambitions across packaging,localcarbonreductionand sustainable ingredients. + Partner with Brand Teams toidentifyand unlock growth opportunities, focusing on Cadbury, but with roll out of swords and shields acrossgrowthbrands + Drive joint value creationwith key Customer Teams,unlock partnership opportunities with retailers and driving our AGS score + Ensure sufficiency for ourVirgin Plastic Reduction pipeline, providing strategic support on lighthouse projectsacross all categories + Ensure readiness for key regulations.
