I'm currently partnering with a well-established building services consultancy looking to add a BREEAM Sustainability Consultant to their growing East Midlands team.

This is a great opportunity to get involved in a wide range of projects, working alongside engineers and design specialists to deliver low-carbon, high-performing buildings.

What you'll be doing:* Delivering BREEAM assessments across varied projects* Supporting energy & sustainability strategies from concept stage* Producing detailed environmental reports* Contributing to areas like embodied carbon, overheating, and energy modelling

What they're looking for:* BREEAM experience (essential)* Knowledge of UK regs (Part L)* IES / One Click LCA (beneficial)* Strong communication + ability to manage multiple projects
